If your website is completely inaccessible, please contact me immediately via phone. I'll diagnose the issue and work to restore your site as quickly as possible.
I need to update content
For minor content updates (text, images), email me with the specific changes. If you have a maintenance package, these are included. Otherwise, I'll provide a quick quote.
I found a bug
Please email me with details: what browser you're using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are incredibly helpful!
I need new features
