My website is down
If your site is completely down, call me straight away. I'll figure out what's going on and get it back up as fast as I can.
I need to update content
For minor content updates (text, images), email me with the specific changes. If you have a maintenance package, these are included. Otherwise, I'll provide a quick quote.
I found a bug
Email me with what happened, what browser you're using, and what you expected to see. Screenshots help a lot!
I need new features
For new features or big changes, let's hop on a call so I can understand what you need. I'll then send you a proposal with a timeline.
